It says a lot that I was referred to “Elder’s” by a local specialty plumbing company. Apparently the only place where could find a seal I needed to repair a faucet. Very friendly staff, too.
I had a disappointing experience at the hardware store the other day because of one of the young employees working there. I asked him a simple question about where to find a particular item, and he barely looked up from what he was doing. His response was short and dismissive, and he pointed vaguely down an aisle without offering any real help. The store is great as usual but sheesh. The guy on the register today(white male with dark hair and possibly glasses) is not customer friendly. The other lady on the other register was a lot friendlier to me than the guy actually checking me out. I try not to say anything bad about anyone but he really makes me not want to spend another dime in the store.
