I put an online order to this facility by mistake, but decided to go anyway. When I got there to cashier standing of the counter, told him I was there for a pickup. They said they would ring somebody, but did not. I came back and ask again, and 5 minutes later somebody did come but helped another customer before me although I was standing at the counter. I left without getting the item. Order got canceled and the store lost for sale
There are definitely tools in there.
