I went to this store today looking for a mailbox and numbers to my new house, couldn't get anyone to help me and they were three employees there. They were very rude. I'll never shop at this location again. I went to the store on N. Main St and this very nice young guy helped me and found just what I needed.

I’m not coming back here again. I have lived in this area for the last 15 years and “White Jones” was immediately recommended to me & I was so glad I could escape the confusion & crowds at Lowe’s. Until Elder’s came along I’d rate this ACE as the best I ever visited. I visited again yesterday to get some plumbing supplies and the customer service was bad enough to lose my business. I'll make sure I don't come back! Ask about having a key made. First guy said he couldn't make a car key. He asked another guy if he could. Said he was to busy! Thanks anyway! I'll go somewhere else!!! Miss the customer service from when it was white Jones!
