They are always so very helpful and go out of their way to give you assistance. I like how they carry heavy bags and things to your car for you.
This small store really packs in the products needed for the older homes in the neighborhood. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Awesome people and an Awesome store.
Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I like that they have everything you could need to fix your home but you don't have to walk 10 miles from one side of the store to the other to find it. And you can get help finding what you need, especially if you're like me and don't know exactly what you need
My daughter and I went into this establishment the other day to make a small purchase. Before I could make my selections, two childlike employees came over and verbally accosted us! Then told me that they did not want my business. I guess Michele and Shawn do not like, nor can they handle honesty. I'm thinking they have quite a bit of growing up to do, or maybe some therapy would be better. Maybe both! Either or, they are very rude people.
We went to the store today to get a few things that we’d had a hard time finding. We were given custom service like one does not find anymore. They were very patient and knowledgeable, we will be going there in the future instead of those big box hardware stores where you can’t find anyone and then when you do they know less than we do!#Good Selection#Good Service
The staff on the floor go above and beyound to help you, They have the ability and the knowledge to look up all the parts you need for your appliance and even give advice on attaching or replacing a part, in addition there is always help with your yard needs, furtilizer and potting soils,.That is the great thing about small town stores , beats the rude unhelpful larger city chain stores, if you find an associate,
I just needed bolts for my windshield wiper arms. I got two excellent people to help me, one was Rob, and another older woman. These two went all out to help me. Rob, and her went out to my truck to check bolt size. Rob, even put them on for me. They won my loyalty. I will be looking for more things to buy there. They have really cool stuff there. Rock salt, grills, air fryers, decorations, and more!!!
I come often to your store because there is always someone waiting to ask me what I need. Thank you!
