dreadful customer service. James was horrible to deal with.

Always have what I need and keeps me from travelling to other locations due to close proximity.
Took a screen in two weeks ago to be repaired and also made an order to have 3 more built. They told us they would be ready in about7 to 10 days. Went in to get them today and they haven't even started working on them. Danny, the manager was very rude, telling us that they were "so busy" and that "other people had waited longer". I believe in supporting hometown businesses but I'll be going to Lowes or Home Depot for my business from now on.
