I call multiple times just for them to pick up and not say anything and hang up. Worst customer service I've experienced.
Great place. And helpful people. I do recommend our shawnee store. Update years later. Still has helpful employees. Prices are a little high. But who's aint these days.

I very rarely post reviews - particularly negative reviews. However, I highly recommend doing business with another company if you in any way can. In February of 2024, this company made a warranty repair on three broken windows at my house. Also in 2024 in the summer, one of the windows they warrantied and repaired broken again. I spent six months trying to get straight answers from "Dan" the general manager, who absolutely never returned calls and made false promises about getting the window replaced. You would get a lot more business if you didn't close before even 6pm. Some people who would need something you have, have to wait till 5 to get their check or even leave work till after 5.
