Took my Stihl chainsaw in to get it serviced a couple months back and now that I have gotten to where I need it, I try to start it for the first time since the service and it will not start. Thanks Higginbotham Bros. I guess lesson learned.
Gwen deserves special recegnition for the warmth and kindness she brings to this store. Seeing her is always a bright spot in my visit, and she has a way of making you feel truly welcome and appreciated as a customer. Employees like Gwen make a lasting impression and give people a reason to keep coming back. I hope management knows how much her presence means to the customers she serves. She is a wonderful representative of this business, and it’s a blessing to walk in and see her there!!
Nice, clean store, we'll organized. My only reservation was that I needed assistance with a product selection and there was no one around to ask. I only mention this because that is Ace Hardware's claim to fame and why people go out if their way to go there.
They wanted me to buy another key and fob from them just to cut mine they said it's cause they can't cut someone else's key. It's a piece of metal. They are just being greedy 298 for theirs 32 off Amazon. Affordable Keys and Locks is who I had to call. Thanks for nothing Chris at Ace.
