We were visiting Guthrie for the week. We had to make several trips to Ace Hardware. The people working there are amazing. They are friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend this place for all you handyman shopping..
Small but mighty! Love the helpful staff, who know things, and are always smiling and happy to see us no matter what catastrophe we've got ourselves into. They welcomed us from the first time we entered with our new home problems, and every time since, helping us problem solve along the way. Fair prices, and great customer service always, with a good selection of necessary repair needs.
They sold me lumber that they didn’t have! To correct it, they cut a board in half. I was okay with that, but then tried to charge me more for THEIR mistake!! AND the kid they had “in charge “ at the desk, was extremely rude about their poor customer service! I will drive to Edmond for anything I need from a lumberyard!!
Like all other Ace Hardwares but the workers make it so much better..smiles on faces n helpful
Friendly local place. Greeted as soon as i walked in. Assisted with items on my list. Knew exactly what I was asking!
