Purchased some buckets with lids online. When I got to the store, two of the lids had arrived, but the staff were unable to get them unloaded by the time I got there. But the manager, Billy, graciously offered to deliver them to my house, even though I live outside their delivery zone. It's so nice to be able to shop local and experience such good customer service.

Can you please repaint your handicapped parking spots, I have ALS and need the room to get out of my vehicle. Also great store, you always have the little hard to find stuff

This was the first time coming to this store in Norwalk, Iowa. When entering the store, I was immediately greeted by the owner, Doug. He asked me if I needed help with anything. Then proceeded to help me find what I needed to buy. I don’t get this kind of service when I go to Lowe’s or Home Depot, rather I have to search for someone to help me out. This was a wonderful experience at this location, and I will be going to this ace for my needs In the future. Thank you, Doug and thank you, Ace!

Hope my really bad experience was an exception. Had ok experiences here before. Brought a push mower to have pull cord repaired a month ago. Told to expect a call when it was ready, but never got one. Went to check status, and was told no mower or anything under my name or number. I was not in computer system, so i couldnt have brought the mower. I asked if i would just have to accept the loss of an expensive mower.
