I desperately needed an obscure part for my water heater. Their website said they had one in stock so, I called them to make sure they had it and they confirmed they did and held it for me up front. Great staff…..very helpful and friendly!!
I frequent this Ace Hardware and the customer service is nothing but perfect every single time I go in there Especially from Andrew he helps me fill. My propane helps me with the remodeling process of my house and really is a knowledgeable guy. I don’t know if he’s the manager or head honcho, but he deserves to be.give that Boy a raise he knows more than anyone else in that place
