RecommendedToday I went to the Burley store and walked out sooo non stressed! Seriously I had so much help from 2 employees while I was there! I kinda knew what I needed but really didn't lol! The 2 ran me around helping me get everything on my list. They joked with me and never once seemed annoyed when I had yet another question. The gals name was Alex and and didn't catch the young man's name but he has curly hair on top. AMAZING employees!! Thank you both!!

This store has come a long way over the last couple years. The clerks are good at welcoming customers. The staff is around the store making sure customers are taken care of and can find the products they are looking for. This Ace Hardware has really turned it around and is a good place to get your home and project hardware and materials.
I had an incident at Ace Hareware, and Ace Hardware went above and beyond to make it right!! Very impressed!!
Great group of people. Burley store has everything I need when I go in there.
