The most pleasant experience I’ve had in any hardware store ever. Ken asked what I was looking for, showed it to me into 2 different places the guy at the register checked me out super fast. I was in and out in 3 minutes. Amazing
Recently purchased a part for a bathroom repair that I was told I could take back if the packaging was still usable. The part ended up being too small for what I needed, and when I took it back, was told that because there was a drop of water on the part that could be seen through the packaging, the part was not refundable. I love this store in particular because it's smaller, the people who work there are always super helpful & friendly, and a lot of them are very knowledgeable in certain areas. Ace is notorious for being more expensive than its competitors, however to me it's extremely worth it for the convenience, help from the staff, and their impressive size of inventory. OH! And they're open on Sundays, too!!!
I’m a regular at this store. It is always good to support locally owned businesses! The guys at Ace are always willing to try helping out.
Every time I come in Don is always so helpful and kind. Today he helped me track down an item that I've been on the search for for a while now. I'm really grateful for all his help! This is the best Ace around!
