I love my experience every time we go to Ace. I appreciate that you're acknowledged with a smile as soon as you walk in the door. The employees are always so helpful and knowledgeable about their products. In addition, I love knowing we are shopping at a locally owned store of which is truly the feel each time we go to Ace. They take the time to ensure you know you're a valued customer and not just another number.
They worked with my Ryobi warranty and did a great job on my battery powered snowblower.
