I personally love Ace Hardware because they share my core value of putting people first. They care about building relationships, not just transactions
Needed a mower repaired. Everything was handled well at the outset--told it would 12 days, loaned me a mower to get things done that day, very friendly. 22 days later, I got my mower back. Even allowing for weekends and July 4, that was 5 business days longer than told. Wasn't real thrilled about that.
Great service. They went out of their way to get what I needed transferred from another store and delivered it to my home within a few hours of when I first stepped in their store.
