I stopped by Mark's Ace Hardware today hoping to speak with someone there who could assist me with deciding whether or not I should go ahead with having a new hot water heater tank installed at my home. I spoke with the store manager, Ron Hearn. He took the time out of his busy day to talk with me for about 10-15 minutes after which I felt more confidant in making my decision.
