Exceptional friendly knowledgeable staff that's always willing to be helpful.
This well staffed well stocked Ace is a pleasure to shop in. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. If they don't have it in the store they will look it up and order it for you. The store is clean, well stocked; isles and items are clearly marked. I have been living here for 7 years and the new ownership has transformed this shop to be a neighborhood gem. Zac, the manager, goes out of his way to keep the store service oriented. I love this place.
I am deeply disappointed by my recent experience at this location. While shopping, I was treated with immediate suspicion and made to feel like I was going to steal from the store. Being watched and profiled as a shoplifter is entirely unacceptable and deeply uncomfortable. Customer service should be welcoming, not hostile. I will not be returning to a business that treats paying customers this way, and management needs to address how their staff profiles shoppers.
