This company is really amazing from the customer service like Michelle, who explained to me the whole thing and how the process and the repair will be done to the technician Joseph. He is a great worker. He’s very patient. I’ve never seen a technician that patient he went back-and-forth to change the door three times from the store until he got the storm door that my wife liked. My elderly mother is selling her apartment and Joseph Hyams was the handyman that came to help us. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond. For instance, I thought there was only one smoke alarm that needed to be replaced but Joseph indicated that there was one in the bedroom that needed to be compliant with township regulations as well. He fixed everything that needed repairing and did it well. I highly recommend!
