The hat on my chimney blew off. Turns out that it was never anchored to the chimney at all. (How it lasted up there for eight years is still a mystery to me.) I called ACE Handyman Services and agreed to commit to two hours worth of labor, but if the handyman was able to finish the job in an hour or less, I would be billed for only the hour. Jonathan L. resolved a plumbing leak from our second floor stemming from an improperly assembled toilet. He repaired everything painted the house and even fixed other minor issues that he wasn't asked to fix. This is our second time using Ace Handyman services and we have yet to be disappointed.
