Mark was very helpful and knowledgeable about a lot of the projects that needed to be done at our house. We will be requesting him again soon to work on our doors. Very happy with his work.
The actual work was great. However trying to reach the company is anything but. It took several messages for them to call me back when booking. Plus I'm still trying to get equipment back from the handyman that accidentally walked off it about a month ago and/or get reimbursed somehow by them for the replacement I needed to buy to use. No one will get back to me when I leave messages, and no one calls back when I finally do get a person who says that they will. Disappointing.
