The whole process from initial phone call to completion of the job was smooth and pleasant. Communication was clear, prompt, friendly, and professional throughout. Mark O. did an excellent job fixing our wooden fence and gate and dealing with its complicated situation. It is in better condition now than when it was first installed many years ago. We highly recommend them and hope to hire them again for any handyman services we need.
Ace Handyman was quick to quote a price and set up a date for installation. Just that made me happy. Marc arrived and set off to work after viewing what he needed. I had picked up sink and garbage disposal prior. He worked carefully and advised me of situations when they arose. He double checked for leaks and didn't leave until I was assured all worked well. Very pleased with work. Will gladly use again.
Mark came by to do an estimate. He was professional, detailed, knowledgeable and gave valuable suggestions.
This is our third time having Mark O do work for us. Positive experience each time. Knowledgeable, skilled, pleasant.
