Kevin was excellent. He determined the issue with my drywall ceiling and immediately corrected the problem.
I had a portion of my ceiling fall due to my garage door opener, which vibrated the panel loose. My handyman, Kevin had the job completed in about 3 hours. Great job, great service.
All services are charged per hour which is very expensive. It takes time for the handyman to assess the project, take measurements, and get his tools. There should be at least 15 minutes for all of this as one cannot just come in and begin working without having everything ready to go. If a project runs a little over, you are charged as well. The handyman feels enormous pressure to get the work finished on time with precision. The work is good, but expensive.
Thomas was courteous, professional and on time. He took time to answer all my questions and gave helpful advice. I appreciated his honesty.
