ZERO “stars!! Paid over $500 for work as work was “time & material”. Tech said it would be emailed to me next day. That was MONTHS ago, have requested a copy of invoice multiple times, but still not received. Asked for GM/owner to call me-no luck . Planning to file formal COMPLAINT with national service in the future again this company.
Contacted them for service 3 times through the 866 number and spoke to a person, including manager that would follow through with local office and never received one call back. Corporate office said they don’t control when and if local office ever calls customers. I also tried the advertised website to schedule service and lo and behold the website cannot connect to any office in The Villages. Extremely poor system and customer service.
Mechanics are GREAT, & rec. 5*. Office is UNAVAILABLE as it relates to a copy of an “invoice”. I will NOT use them again as I NEVER received any details as to my “bill”. Called # multiple times with NO response !!
Christopher did a great job. Showed up on time. Was courteous and friendly!
Had a great experience with Handyman Chris. Knowledgeable and fast. I will be requesting more work to be done and requesting Chris. Thank you for helping update my home.
