This is the only place I call when I break my things on accident. Neil has fixed my doors multiple times. He even built me a fence. Prices are affordable. Neil is honest, polite, fast, and trustworthy. All of which mean a lot to me when it comes to allowing people in my home. I will always use ace handyman.
I only need a small section of my wooden ceiling replaced due to water damage; ACE was quite responsive to all my inquiries and Neil Urbassik arrived on time where he quickly and nicely patched up my ceiling at the agreed upon price.
Neil was terrific! Very experienced and had solutions for things I expected would be much more involved and expensive. Super nice person, looking forward to having him back (when the weather allows), to have my outside issues resolved.
I am happy that I called Ace for the worked we needed. Scott expertly repaired the problem areas of our floors with friendly and thoughtful service. He checked in with me regarding the job, made smart suggestions and though it took longer than expected, he was determined to stay as long as needed to get it done right. I plan to call Ace Handyman Services again to have some more work done and will request that they send Scott to do the work although I bet all the people from Ace would be equally as courteous and competent.
Neil has done several jobs at my house and he always does an excellent job. I would definitely recommend Ace Handyman Service and Neil.
