The biggest issue for me was punctuality and communication. I have limited flexibility to work from home, and they missed the first scheduled appointment on November 3rd (which had already been rescheduled from October 30th). Still waiting for a sink repair started 5-6 weeks ago. Appointments cancelled or ignored with no notice. Still waiting to hear back.
Scott was a great guy. He looked at our leaky bathroom faucet and fixed our exhaust fan and installed a window in the hallway in good time. He was jovial to talk to, had a good personality and worked hard to get the job done in a timely manner.
Great job. Meticulous. Cleaned up afterwards. Reliable. Highly recommend. Scott has been to my house on 4 occasions. Suggested a less expensive alternative on this last job. Very helpful, professional, easy going. Great to work with.
