Horrible experience from Amy Gambrell, the owner or manager, not even sure what she is. A job that was supposed to take up to 5 days took almost 2 months. On top of that, she charged me almost twice the amount that she quoted me at the end without my consent and tried to make it out as if she miscalculated the expenses. She was also supposed to get back to me to lower final invoice after I started contesting it, but she never called me back so I was forced to dispute it with the bank. She acted in bad faith. I was very impressed by the work of the handyman! He was very professional and competent in the jobs I asked him to do !!! He hung numerous pictures, installed a ceiling fan and fixed two doors!!! I have used this service before and will continue to use them. Job well done!!!
Kyle Thomas was very friendly and very professional, I will definitely call on him again when needed! And he did an excellent job!
