Arthur was awesome. Came on time, quickly identified what had to be done and within the first hour had repaired the 5 cabinet drawers and one sliding shelf which had been uneven, out of sync and falling. I coukcnt be more pleased with the outcome, cost and experience.

I called to make an appointment and they called me back in a timely manner. I had an odd request to work on my brother’s wheelchair because the seat was stuck. ( I had called a mobility place and they could not take the seat off because they did not have the correct tool/ strength to do it) But I needed to replace the battery. Not only did Merle take the seat off, but he replaced all of the hardware since it was rusted and old.He arrived on time and was very courteous and personable. I highly recommend this company.

Lack follow through, show low/no interest in getting work both by procedure & customer interaction. They are extremely rude! I inquired to get an indoor 36 x 80" door replaced with a recessed door & storage helving installed in garage. Got reply from a no reply address & had not realized it - so had replied to the email getting me no closer to getting work scheduled. I followed up by phone & learned fir first time (not via there website or a recorded message on their answering recording - that they set up a consult for a fee... read more
