I had a terrible experience with Ace Handyman Services (*****************************). I hired them to install two ** detectors, replace a burned-out bulb, fix a toilet seat, and caulk a meter-long area. When they finished, I discovered they hadn't installed the ** detectors at all. To make matters worse, they charged me $1,045. On May 12, 2022, I paid Ace Handyman service $1227.40 (parts and labor) for the installation of a stove vent at my home. The gas was turned off for the day so we bought take out meals. The work was performed by Junior ace handyman Sabian and senior ace handyman ** known as Bear. After I was unable to use my stove the next morning, I called Ace handyman service to report the issue. It was not until 2pm on May 13, 2022 that their manager, ****, came to our house to check what the issue was. The gas had not been turned back on.... read more
