Sent pictures of banister to be matched showing type of railing and color. Wesley, our installer, had no idea what he was supposed to install.
Damien is great! He's prompt, professional and personable. He gets the job done.
From start to finish, Daniel provided excellent customer service and was quite knowledgeable about work details. He possesses a positive attitude and willing to answer in great detail so that I knew in advance regarding the end results. I would certainly welcome Daniel back for future needs.
Wes was on time to the job site and prepared to take care of the work that needed to be done. He was thorough and explained the projects that he completed and provided next steps on a larger job that needed to be done. 10/10 would definitely use again.
I had the best experience with Ace Handyman Services. They sent Nikki this time! She was punctual communicative, fast and thorough! I really appreciate the work that she has done for our home.
