Great communication and asking questions to make sure he understood the full extent of the project and what all work would need to be done. Also discuss time frame of project in detail so that expectations are understood not only for insulation time but also time required after installation prior to using the space
The five stars are for the handyman. He was terrific. Efficient, knowledgeable and a real problem solver. The company needs more upfront disclosure on pricing and hourly rates charged for the craftsman. With more pricing disclosure, the service is great but beware of the number of hours some projects can take so you are not surprised like was. Overall, the service rendered by the handyman was excellent.
I have used Ace Handyman Service several times in my home and have been very impressed with their work. Most recently I had flooring installed in a bedroom. The new flooring was seamlessly transitioned with the existing flooring in the hallway and all the trim was meticulously removed and replaced. I am very pleased with the job and look forward to working with the Ace Handyman Service again
