Pleasant handyman, did a good job, charged me just the minimum price which was perfect and fine with me since I dont do ladders anymore. A good resource for the right job, in this case painting the columns on my front porch. My only recommendation for this service is to receive beforehand the scope of expertise for each handyman. I asked Manny what other kinds of work he can do so I have a scope of reference for the future.

July 2025 update. Manny did a top notch job again today, clearing the roof of algae and gently power washing the entire house. It looks so bright now. His thorough going over of it made it evident that the paint is bubbling up in one area, and he will be back to take care of that, too. He is a pleasure to work with.
