Never again Unprepared overcharged for A project that needed a screw tightened and one put in the wall. Taking pictures now
I will never use this outfit again. The practices are deceitful, rude manners, take it or leave it attitude, and the performance left much to be desired. I had specific instructions as what needed to be done even sent them images of what was to be used, was told Ace did not have it , then the ‘handyman” went to Home Depot used a substitute product telling me they did not have it and it was available only in small containers which in fact was a diluted formula, and at the end of the service they told me the bill was bigger th... read more
Rude Customer Service Department, Too Expensive, Buyer Beware... Had I read their Google reviews I would have never made that appointment. Office person was friendly at time I made appointment, but VERY rude and even hung up on me when I questioned the invoice after the repair was made. I was under the impression per our phone conversation at appointment setting time that the ($65 plus tax service call) was to be credited to my bill if I used them for the repair. Had work scheduled--no one showed up and no one called - I called office 3 times no answer. 2hrs after scheduled appointment the office called with lame excuse and wanted to reschedule for the next day. I cancelled and will not use again
