Terrible service. A single wall paint estimate was given and after 4 hours the contractor told me that that more time is needed and I need to pay for another 4 hours. The MD is pointing me to the contract clause as they bill for actual material and labor irrespective of the contract value. Do not assume that their estimate is final and you might be asked to pay more after partial work is done. Here is the status of my wall after 6 hours of work between two people. All they could do is nail the wooden strips on the wall.
David did a great job on the master closet. I will use ACE again when needed.
