I wanted to pay while he was here but he said it was easier for his secretary to deal with the bill. Took awhile to get a bill and when I did I immediately called to pay it. Found out they slapped almost $100 in late fees. It was the first bill I’d even received. Then found that they had my email address wrong and when they sent bills to my home address they got returned, but didn’t bother to call and let me know. If you can see it’s getting returned why would you not call before I accrue late fees? It’s only been two months... read more
