What started off as a good experience to a major dive at the end and now no one at Ace is willing to address this. The service done was good but at the end the technician got very shady and wouldn't let me see the iPad. He told me it was 9 hours even though we were only at 7.5 hours. When I questioned him he blew me off and I didn't feel comfortable at all in my house alone with this person who was being very deceitful. Mathew W did a great job. He did the Inside work first and then the outside. The drawer he fixed works perfectly. The shelf he hung looks nice He also filled the holes I left from before even though I didn’t ask him to. He scrapped off the old caulk and caulked the seams meticulously. Since I hadn’t ordered the handrail he offered to leave early and I could schedule again after I got the handrail so it could be installed next time. Bruce was able to think outside the box to fix the miscellaneous things we asked him to. He was able to accomplish the job in a professional way we couldn’t.
