Charles B did some repairs for me. Most important was fixing a toilet flushing device. Toilet kept trying to flush itself at night and kept waking me. He dmeasurements to help select the parts. He checked what the current functions were faulty and were having issues. Then was able to decide what to get for parts. My toilet that tried to flush itself at night is now quiet. This a customer service review on excellence! I called seeking assistance with repairing my gate fences, as I was unable to complete the work myself and had become increasingly frustrated. Each handyman service I contacted either did not cover my area or was not very courteous. However, everything changed when Ms. Valerie answered my call.
