Brian is always on time, no delays, and works until the job is completed. Communication is very easy, his quotes are thorough and easy to understand. I know exactly what he is going to do and how he will perform the task. A plus. He is a highly skilled craftsman and has exceeded my expectations on the work he has done at my home.
My issue was a front door which wouldn't close properly. Brian came out and obviously was a pro at diagnosing and fixing this type of problem. In my case, it was the threshold and weatherstripping that had swollen over time which needed readjustment. He got me up and running within an hour, said this work was guaranteed for a year should it need any other tweaks. A very personable guy, and a very professional approach to problem-solving. I would have zero hesitation about using this service again.
Brian came out and did a though job for us. He was very polite, friendly and efficient. We have used Ace for big qnd small jobs and are always happy with the employees and quality of the work.
