We have used Ace Handyman Services Southwest many times and have been very satisfied with the services and technicians until Monday, April 20th. We were scheduled for the first appointment at 8:30 am. We have pets that we crated at 8:15 am in preparation for the technician’s arrival. We did not hear anything from Ace and finally around 11 am called to ask why the technician hadn’t arrived, we were told he chose to go to his 2nd appointment first and was still there. Bret found a solution to be able to lock an old gate to our backyard and Eric installed the new hardware. I couldn’t be more pleased with this company. They are very professional and a pleasure to work with.

Chris Orth did an amazing job on our front door and back patio door locks. He was very professional and explained everything in detail. The repair costs were fair. We will certainly call Ace Handyman Services again for our projects.
