Jake was professional, polite, explained options, and approached each of the projects efficiently, thereby exceeding expectations. Planning to book our next projects through Ace (and hopefully with Jake).
We had water damage on a high ceiling caused by a roof leak over the winter. After the roof was repaired, we received four quotes for the restoration of the damaged ceiling and the replacement of the insulation. We chose Ace Handyman, and we are very glad we did. Theresa, the Office/Project Manager, was cordial and did a great job explaining the necessary work and associated costs. Met a new Handyman today. JH worked quickly and was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He worked on a different kitchen drawer (Reattached the bottom.) and a couple of small things. After showing him a few other problem areas, I am starting a new repair list for a bigger project in the future. Once again JP completed a list of 6 diverse home repairs in the allotted time.
