It’s going on 11 days now.. still no window, repairman or customer service. I have logged every call, recorded every conversation.. representative always going to call me back.. never!! I have all the supplies in my garage that repairman bought before he broke the window. Somehow Ace Hardware Handyman services can’t locate the repairman and supervisor out for the last week.
