I CALLED ACE ABOUT A BROKEN WASHING MACHINE. I HAD A SPARE SITTING IN THE GARAGE. THEY TOLD ME THEY COULD COME OUT AND REMOVE THE OLD WASHER AND INSTALL THE NEW ONE THE VERY NEXT DAY. ACE ALSO GAVE ME AN ACCURATE ESTIMATE. MATTHEW, ONE OF THE REPAIR MEN, CAME OUT AND DID A GREAT JOB. HE NEEDED AN ADDITIONAL PART AND SENT HIS COWORKER TO THE HARDWARE STORE TO GET IT. THEY DID A VERY PROFESSIONAL JOB AND I’M VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK AND WILL USE THEM AGAIN.
Jeremy did a GREAT job fixing my bathroom ceilings. He arrived right on time each day, did an amazing job then cleaned up afterward. I really appreciated his professionalism and his craftsmanship!!! Will definitely be calling Ace Handyman again!!

Thaddeus did a good job .was concerned with getting the color of stain for the door right To bad he didn’t come with color swatches. Could have saved at least one trip to the store and at least an hour of time. The helper that painted the ceiling in the basement spent the whole first day covering the walls and floor and walls with paper and walls with paper and plastic seems like overkill unless he’s a messy painter.
