I recently visited Ace hardware at 11673 Collier Blvd. in Naples, Florida. I was greeted immediately when looking for a not so easy thing to find or do by a young man named J.R. He took charge of my problem and went overboard taking care of it. Usually in some other stores I visit, I can hardly find someone that cares to help, let alone someone who who works there and knows what I need and where it can be found! I had such a great experience with Deshon. He was up to date on the technical side of repairs. He was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable about what I needed to do to get things working again. Thanks Handyman Matters!

Handyman Matters Kingwood / N. Houston was a great pleasure to work with this week, you had AWESOME customer service. Your approach to the work was diligent, there was immediate follow through, care in dealing with the problem at hand, and very reasonable pricing. Handyman Matters is the best! After going through so many contracters that no-showed, didn't call us back, or preformed lackluster work, Handyman Matters was right on the money! No job has been too small for prompt and friendly service. Everyone, from the administrators to the service men, has always been very professional. We'd be lost, and literally falling apart, without their great work!

I highly recommend them to do any job small or large. They arrive on time for estimates and work days. They keep you informed about the job, any fees that you need to discuss, and they stand by their work.The office staff, Cindy, is so friendly and helpful. She can solve just about any problem for you.You can definitely count on them to do the job correctly and to any specs necessary. Remember you may be selling your home one day and it needs to be repaired properly or you will pay when you try to sell. :}
