Do not waste your time calling them! I was told I would receive a call 24 hours prior to my apt. My apt was on a Monday, silly me for assuming I would receive a call on Friday to confirm. Needless to say they called on a sunday nite at 7:36 to confirm my apt for Monday. I missed the call so it went to voicemail, but I called back 2 minutes later at 7:38 and noone answered so I left a voicemail.
