I hired Ace Handyman to repair a detached wire shelf in a closet. The original estimate explicitly included wall repair and assessing the cause of detachment, neither was done on the first visit. Getting them to return required a follow-up email (no response) and eventually a phone call. A second craftsman completed what should have been done initially, and the final invoice came in nearly $100 over the original estimate with no prior notice or explanation. First time using Ace Handyman. Had to have a couple of pieces of siding replaced, due to wind damage. The craftsmen were excellent, friendly and efficient. Very satisfied with the entire experience, great communication and follow-up - thanks Joyce, Brad, David, Elbert, Umberto and Nelson!!

This Company is amazing. They always go above and beyond for me. If you’re looking for a trusted handyman service, you have found it. I go through Joyce and she is amazing! Gilberto is a great plumber, he was able to resolve our plumbing issues very fast!

I booked this company having never used them before. Took a chance. It failed. My start time moved from 9 am to 12 to 12:30 and finally 1pm. But, no one showed up. No one called me no one followed up with me and no one apologized to me. Left me stranded. I don’t recommend. UPDATE: Then the company sent me a $523 bill for the services that were never rendered.
