5-27-25 David was on time & did a great job. I had several things needing to be done & he fixed them all. I had 2 ceiling fans that were noisy & he fixed them. He replaced light bulbs that I cant reach, repaired an area of sheetrock that was damaged & painted it & fixed a part of the ceiling in my garage. Now it all looks great. The doggy door is installed. That's the only reason this isn't zero stars. I was initially given an estimate of 2-2.5 hours. Six hours and SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS later, it's finally finished. I could have just bought a new door with a doggy door preinstalled for that. My door is all banged up and the paint is peeling because it was just sat directly on the saw horses with no padding or rags. Ben repaired a gate that had be broken by misuse and reinforced it by replacing bent hinges, making adjustments, and working professionally to cause it to swing open freely and close and lock easily. I lined him up for several future projects because I was so pleased with the quality of his work and his wonderful demeanor. I highly recommend him!
