Tobias restored a set of doors on an historic (1896) carriage shed, preserving most of the original wood, and fixtures, and reinforced the doors where needed. On time and on budget.
I knew the sink needed to be sealed around the edges and considered doing it myself but glad I didn’t. He discovered why the seal had broken and made a solid support for it as well as sealing it. Also replaced a non working garbage disposal. He was on time and finished exactly as estimated. Very thorough and professional. Highly recommend this service.
Exceptional service; extremely knowledgeable about what needed to be done to fix our problem and was able to recommend additional actions for us to take in order to make our situation better. We are looking forward to working with him in the very near future.
We appreciate that Ace sent out a friendly and competent tech in two hours, for an issue that couldn’t wait. They were upfront about their pricing, which was $125/hour plus $50 for travel. When the issue was fixed in less than 30 minutes, he asked if we had anything else for us to do, since we were already paying for the full hour.
