I needed hel0 in completing installation of a cat tree. The Handyman was good at putting the item together. However, the cat crate was already put together and only needed a stronger hand to snap together. I was charged like the person had put the whole crate together. Thus, I was overcharged. Disappointed with being charged for snapping one side of my crate as if he had worked on the whole item. Very strange! I will ask for an estimate prior to initiating work in the future.
