This service is a new find. I love their structure of paying for set hours rather than by the job. I had them replace all my exterior door locks and weather stripping. When he was done he still had time to replace old fluorescent bulbs I couldn’t reach. Ryan G. Was excellent and very knowledgeable. He talked me through the repairs and made educated recommendations. I will definitely use ACE again

Eric did a great job. Our 1945 home presented some special situations, but he worked through them.
Jay was amazingly helpful! He was professional, knowledgeable and took time to explain everything he was doing. On top of all of that, the work he did to repair the trim and weather stripping around our driveway was beautifully done. It looks better than the day we bought the house! Jay was professional, knowledgeable, and did an amazing job replacing the screens my cat had torn trying to get to the birds. I live on the second floor and was in a panic when I saw “Samson” outside the torn screen walking on the railing. Jay measured the screens, left to get supplies for the repair, purchased the “Pet Screen” and returned promptly to start the job.
