An employee smoked cigarettes inside my condo. They did not report it to me. I had to find the used cigarette myself and confront them. An honest company would have had the courage to tell me directly, they did not. They charged me thousands of dollars more than they quoted me on the estimate. I understand that unexpected things come up during work, but to be off my thousands of dollars is absurb and they never asked my approval about additional charges.
