I scheduled an appointment three weeks in advance and clearly explained that the work involved a roof issue around an exhaust pipe. A few days later, they reassigned the job to someone who supposedly specializes in roof work. Then, just one day before the appointment, they canceled, saying roof work isn’t covered under their insurance. Why schedule it at all if that was the case? I wasted three weeks waiting, and now I have to start over. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing. unprofessional
Whoever answers your phones needs a training on customer service. By far, one of the worst experiences I have ever had trying to book a service with a business. Fix your attitude, Diana!
Unfortunately, the work that was discussed was not completed. Thomas was pleasant though. After the first day of 8 hours, he agreed he could finish up the trim and railing the next visit and fix a bit of carpet. All he did was sand the plaster again and paint. I realize he started with a rough base, but 13 hours to do 400 sqft of mud and paint, plus a few hole repairs?! Diane was very pushy and interrupted me multiple times.
