If possible I would give this company a minus 10! I arranged to have my deck refinished. Pictures of the deck and dimensions were sent to Ace Handyman. They sent me an estimate and needed a $1,200 deposit that I put on my credit card. When the handyman arrived he was surprised by the job and wasn't able to do it, so he left. Why wasn't he shown the pictures and the dimensions before coming? Brian T. arrived on time to fix nail pops in my house. Every one of the nail pops were located and repaired professionally. The walls look clean and can’t even tell someone worked on those walls. Job was completed on time. Thank you!
Bryan T was the craftsman to look at the project and see what the problem was. He removed the hinges on the entry door and put them back in a better location on the door and frame. He obviously knows what he’s doing and wastes no time working. He rehung the door so it swings without sagging. He decided the screen door wasn’t work repairing and I agreed. Ashley did a great job of removing, replacing and installing a seriously damaged closet rod and installing a wind spinner for us. He arrived on time, was great at answering questions, did superb, work and cleaned after himself. I highly recommend him.
