Wish there was a way to give 0 stars. Shoddy workmanship. Doubled the estimated price from estimate. Will have to tear down everything they did and start over. Company is not responsive to issues. Avoid them like the plague!!!!!
100% the worst company I’ve ever dealt with the epitome of bait and switch. They gave me a quote to do a staircase for $2600 with labor and material and when the job was completed on the same day, they hit me with the bill for $4500 and the staircase is complete garbage. There’s screws protruding out of the handrail so you can’t go up the stairs without getting snagged neither one of the people putting the Staircase together knew what they were doing in the final product shows. Please do not use this company. We called them because the prior owner was great, the new owner is not. We hired them to build a staircase in our warehouse. We signed and approved an estimate for around $2,700, the work was completed, and then we were hit with a $4500 invoice. We were on sight all day and not once was any change in price communicated to us. They would not leave until paid, so I wrote a check. Once they left, we found completely shoddy work.
