Wish there was a way to give 0 stars. Shoddy workmanship. Doubled the estimated price from estimate. Will have to tear down everything they did and start over. Company is not responsive to issues. Avoid them like the plague!!!!!
100% the worst company I’ve ever dealt with the epitome of bait and switch. They gave me a quote to do a staircase for $2600 with labor and material and when the job was completed on the same day, they hit me with the bill for $4500 and the staircase is complete garbage. There’s screws protruding out of the handrail so you can’t go up the stairs without getting snagged neither one of the people putting the Staircase together knew what they were doing in the final product shows.
