I used this company for a dishwasher install and had great experience. So when I was in need of another couple repairs (shower handle/valve replacement and change ceiling fan) I booked for service. When craftsman arrived he estimated $300 to complete the job. Fast forward and my charges are now $700 with no communication or warning, I had to install shower handles myself at this point, took him 1.5 hours to find valve stems at store (of course on the clock), and to top it off he put a dent in my shower lining and tub.
