The ladies in the office are great! Very patient and helpful. We finally picked out our slabs and are very excited!
We went in to shop for counter tops and the staff was extremely rude. Ignored me when I spoke to them and immediately ran to the back. We walked around the warehouse as directed by a sign and no one was found to help us. We walked to the front and yet again were met by silence by the employees at the front. We will be giving our business to the very professional and polite business we have already visited.
Piss poor customer service. We came in and spoke but the employee did not acknowledge us and walked to the back. From what I saw there were 3 employees present. We walked the products and on the way out, the same employee was in the front and didn't say a word or even acknowledge our presence. Go to Quality Stones. Way better customer service and products than this place.
I thought the sales girl was very knowledgeable.
