These guys aren't grading, they are earth sculptures. I know you can't really tell from this picture, but they graded to drain water and create a flat spot to put a tiny house. The ground is contoured semi-circle with a taper to the original elevation. They spent all the time they needed to get it exactly the way we wanted and constantly checked level. Thorough is the first word that comes to mind with this crew! Phil and his guys are incredibly hard-working and detail-oriented. These pictures are before and after in one day! This was a big job in my opinion the land sloped two directions and they had to get it prepped for a barn. This includes water and electric install as well!
Phillip and Casey are absolutely the best. We had them level a spot for a new shop. They showed up when they said they would. Worked non stop until the job was done, and were the most thorough to make sure we where level and the dirt was packed good and hard. We will be hiring them for any future projects we have.
I got one hell of a pond that has an island for ducks and waterfowl and he listened to me for every specific tree I wanted removed and went above and beyond in all ways. Was interested and invested with the functionality of my property and what my personal plans are for my property so he could tailor his work to my needs.
