Phil and his crew are Great!! We contracted Ace Grading back in 2023 before we moved here. Phil replaced an existing septic system; cut, skimmed and rocked our driveway. Also cleared trees and put in a pad for our house. You could not ask for a more professional, experienced, and dependable contractor. I am always skeptical when there are a lot of 5 star reviews, but these are HARD EARNED 5 star reviews. Phil and his crew transform land, Phil can read land and has vision. We knew there was a view behind the trees and Phil and his team found it and created it. He made our land even more enjoyable. It was the best $2500 dollars I've spent on my property, I should have done it years ago! We also asked him to quote us to build a half acre pond, (5k to 10k pond). Ace grading did an amazing job on our latest project. They remained communicative throughout the whole process and worked hard to achieve exactly what we wanted. Very happy with the driveway Ace Grading put in. This is a pretty steep hillside, and they did an excellent job getting it drivable. Will definitely use them again. Highly recommended, great work at a fair price.
Phil the owner was very helpful on how to grade our lot for new build. This was all woods after Phil did his magic we had the perfect pad site. Not only did they do a fantastic Job of grading but also did our septic system. They did such a great job we had them do the grading and septic system on our guest house as well. They made us feel like we were family
