When the custom cover arrived, they scheduled a time to install, and they ended up coming out a week early, which was great! The service (both on the phone and in person) was very friendly and welcoming.
They have always done a great job on the Chimney and leave my room spotless after the job is complete.
Technician came to day in the time provided and I couldn't believe after he had cleaned the chimney there was no soot to be seen anywhere in the room.
