Given the chance this company will be huge
I made a mistake when I ordered a glass for one window and they charged me $370 for it. I realise the mistake a couple of hours later called them up ask them to hold off the order. They refused and said the order couldn’t be altered or cancelled so I was stuck with a $370 pay of glass that I can’t use. It was so useless I didn’t even bother to pick it up . Thanks ACE Glass.
I’ve gotten a few pieces of glass from Ace for furniture and custom frames over the years and they’ve always delivered great quality and good value. I just went to pick up a new mirror from Ace today and while the whole thing was very clear and bright, there was a small chip out of the back. They immediately offered to re make it, free of charge. I definitely recommend this business.
