Do not trust this builder or his company, he has cut many corners in the home we purchased and was very dishonest about water issues among many other problems and will not agree to do right or tell the truth about any issues. Please save your self heart ache and stress. 7/22/2021- It will cost over $1000 to have the leaky shower fixed. Please do not invest any money with Ace General Contractors or Ken Bhatti. He will swindle you in one way or another. I purchased a home from Ken in June 2021. He has refused to fix items on the amendment he signed. He tried to sell the house with no p traps. This (along with many other issues) was discovered during inspection. He somehow was able to get the check the closing company was holding until the repairs were complete. Ace General Contractors is an Amazing Innovative Company that builds the most unique houses! Ken went above and beyond to ensure my home exceeded my needs! Its custom and not cookie cutter at all. He truly cares about his customers and the services his company provides. I highly recommend that you use ACE Contractors! I will forever be grateful for all they have done to ensure that I am happy with the beautiful new home they have built for me!
I am very selective . And Ace General contractors did amazing job on my home office .Mr .Ken is very professional, honest and Thorough. His team finished project on time. I highly recommend Ace general contractors. They undoubtedly best in little Rock.
