Booked a repair of broken spring. Two days running they indicated a time but didn't show up. Each day I called and was promised that they would check with service person and call me back. No return call.

Worst garage door I have ever seen in 20 years of building. Neighbours complaining as it makes so much noise when in operation. They came out 3 times to fix and made it worst. Had another garage door company come out to try and fix but was told it is the cheapest and nastiest door they have seen and advised me to replace it.

Never again. Rude company. His brother-in-law installed the remote and took away my working garage remote after fixing jam by yanking hard on cord, suggesting I replace it, I replaced it. $900!! Asked for my working auto door opener to be returned. Ignored request. When I followed up got an argument. They are good at collecting payment then sending invoices eventually. Doubt they repair their products.

My builder selected ACE for a new house build. Within 18 months a bracket was dislodged from the wall. The builder blamed ACE for short screws and they inserted a long screw at an angle but didnt repair the render. 9 months later 4 more screws on the side have dislodged, all short. They didnt return my call. When I called again I was told it was no longer under their 2 year warranty and to contact my builder. I hope you have a better experience.

I had a very bad experience with Scott, he had installed the garage door in my house when we moved in, and the motor with its three meter bracket fell down. The job was not done properly, the motor and the bracket was held by a single screw. I called another place to inspect and they have confirmed that this installation was not done properly.
